• Perform cable management behind rack
• Update firmware
• Setup Active-Active cluster
• Create POD and LUNs
• Map active-active LUNs to hosts
• Basic node failure test

Deliverable

• Submit ECS service report

General Assumptions

• Any rework or out of scope requests by customer is chargeable
• Customer to ensure targeted server has a HBA card for storage connection
• Customer already has 2x Pure Storage setup
• Service is based on weekday, working office hours

Out of scope

• Installation or Procedural documentation,
• UAT, project management, onsite standby
• Cabling or Labelling services
• HBA card addon on server(s).
• Data migration
