Storage Installation for HPE Alletra B1000

• Perform pre-installation checklist
• Rackmount storage 
• Perform cable management behind rack for storage mounted by ECS
• Configure GreenLake to manage Alletra
• Power up storage and verification of hardware components
• Configure storage and update firmware
• Configurate LUNs / Filesystem
• Verification of LUNs / Filesystem on connected server
• Basic hardware test
• Verify the configurations with customer

Deliverable

• Submit ECS service report

General Assumptions

• Any rework or out of scope requests by customer is chargeable
• Customer to ensure targeted server has a HBA card for storage connection
• Service is based on 1x Controller and 1 x Disk enclosure [Check]
• Service is based on weekday, working office hours
• Customer to setup GreenLake account
• Customer site allows mobile phone access

Out of scope

• Installation or Procedural documentation,
• UAT, project management, onsite standby
• Cabling or Labelling services
• HBA card addon on server(s).
• Storage software services, eg replication
• Data migration
