Basic installation of add-on components for existing systems/storage (1U-4U)

​​​​​HPE Component Installation (per server/storage)

• Verify with customer the Server/Storage for hardware component installation
• Perform reboot test to verify Server is in proper working condition
• Install components as designated by customer
• Verify component is installed and detected

Deliverable

• Submit ECS service report

General Assumptions

• Any rework or out of scope requests by customer is chargeable
• Service is applicable for HDD, RAM, CPU, Card components only
• Customer to complete full data backup and cater for server downtime
• Customer to ensure servers are in proper working condition
• Customer to ensure correct slots are available for component installation
• Service is based on weekday, working office hours
• Server has hardware maintenance warranty

Out of scope

• Customized documentation, customer defined UAT, project management, onsite standby
• Troubleshooting or problem resolution on any pre-existing server issue
• Component and server compatibility check
