Hardware and OS Installation 

• Perform pre-installation checklist 
• Components Add-on if required 
• Rackmount 1 x S-series server 
• Perform cable management behind rack for server mounted by ECS 
• Power up server & verification of hardware components 
• Configure ILOM, if required 
• Configure H/W Raid, if required 
• Perform Solaris OS installation 
• Update latest patch 
• Verify the configurations with customer 

Deliverable

• Submit ECS service report

General Assumptions

• Any rework or out of scope requests by customer is chargeable 
• Customer to provide media to ECS engineer 
• Service is based on weekday, working office hours 

Out of scope

• Installation or Procedural documenations 
• UAT, project management, onsite standby 
• OS hardening, install and configure of 3rd party software 
• Cabling or Labelling services 
• Virtualization configuration
